The Elderly Welfare Management Comparison of Factors Affecting the Better Quality of Life by Thailand 4.0 Model Policy

Abstract

          The objectives of this research are: To study and compare factors affecting welfare management for the elderly, namely education, health and sanitation. Residential work and income social security Social services and recreation, classified by sex, age, occupation and income were quantitative research. The sample group in this research was the elderly. The sample group was determined using Taro Yamane's formula. A total of 288 people received 249 sets of questionnaires or 86.00 percent. The research tools were questionnaires and statistics used to find statistical relationships. T-test and F-test.       
          The results showed that
          1) Sex factor found that health Residential work and income social security Recreation The difference was statistically significant at the .001 level. The difference was statistically significant at the .01 level. 2) The age factor found that health social service There was a statistically significant difference at the .01 level in terms of housing. Significantly different .05 3) Occupational factors found no difference 4) Income factor found that social security There was a statistically significant difference at the .01 level.
          2) From the results of local research, the aging society must be integrated in the form of collective energy to create quality of life. and must develop local personnel to have knowledge Understanding of Elderly Care including providing appropriate welfare for the elderly in the locality as required by law by emphasizing the participation of people in the community and create a learning society for the elderly in a group form To promote relationship skills along with professional skills to generate income for the elderly and encourage the elderly to see self-worth along with driving the Thai elderly society by allowing the elderly to have a quality aging according to the national agenda It will require cooperation from many parties involved in driving to reach the goal. according to the policy of the state and to promote the policy Model Thailand 4.0
