ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 395 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) นิสิตมีพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความต้องการสารสนเทศมีระดับพฤติกรรมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการค้นคืนสารสนเทศและการใช้ และด้านการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ พบว่า นิสิตที่มีเพศ อายุ ชั้นปีการศึกษา และคณะต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า นิสิตที่มีคณะต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในด้านการค้นคืนสารสนเทศและการใช้ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีมือถือ ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม และปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายหรืออำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 75.5
