คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80–1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ 0.933 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์
สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม รองลงมาคือบุคลิกภาพ
2) ความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ มิติด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองและสังคม รองลงมาคือมิติด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับสื่อและสารสนเทศ และมิติด้านจริยธรรม และ3) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีเพียง 3 ตัวแปร คือ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม (X6) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ (X4) และบุคลิกภาพ (X1) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.528 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายหรืออำนาจพยากรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 27.9 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ โดยใช้คะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้แก่ Z = . 550 (X6) + -.191(X4) + .150 (X1)
