Factors influencing happiness in creating academic works of Instructors in Private Universities

The purposes were as follows: 1) to study level of factors influencing happiness in creating
academic works, 2) to study level of happiness in creating academic works, 3) to study factors influencing happiness in creating academic works of Instructors in Private Universities. The participants consisted of 308 instructors in 2018. The research instrument was questionnaire with rating scales, content validity index item-objective congruence (IOC) of the questionnaire was at 0.60 - 1.00, and Cronbach's alpha as 0.93.
The statistical methods used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results finding : 1) The level of factors influencing
happiness in creating academic works was, as a whole and as individual aspect, at high level. Academic leadership was rate the highest mean, and satisfaction of administration was rate the lowest mean. 2) The level of happiness in creating academic works was, as a whole and as individual aspect, at high level, the highest mean item of respect for each individual's ability allows the faculty to demonstrate their full academic potential, and the lowest mean was item of the result of academic achievement creation creates pride, and confident in their ability, respectively. 3) Factors influencing happiness in creating academic works of Instructors in Private Universities were the satisfaction of administration (X1), Academic leadership (X3), organizational commitment (X2). These factors predictive of happiness in creating academic works of Instructors in Private Universities on the percentage of 87.8 at the statistical significance .01. These could be formed as the regression equations of raw score and standardized score as follows: Z = .878 (X1) +548 (X3) +.466 (X2)
