Community Researcher Development Processes: Lessons from the Prototype Community

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหากระบวนการพัฒนานักวิจัยชุมชนจากพื้นที่ต้นแบบที่มีการพัฒนานักวิจัยชุมชนหรือใช้กระบวนการวิจัยในการแก้ปัญหาของชุมชน เพื่อนำผลการศึกษามาเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนและกำหนดกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพนักวิจัยชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยเรื่องการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพนักวิจัยชุมชน อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก โดยผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาพื้นที่ต้นแบบทั้งพื้นที่ปฐมภูมิ คือตำบลแพรกหนามแดง อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยการสนทนากลุ่มและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากมุมมองของพี่เลี้ยงหรือผู้พัฒนานักวิจัยชุมชนและจากมุมมองของนักวิจัยท้องถิ่นในชุมชน และพื้นที่ทุติยภูมิ คือศึกษาจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบกระบวนการพัฒนานักวิจัยชุมชน 9 ขั้นตอน โดยแบ่งกระบวนการได้เป็น 3 ขั้น ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นการเริ่มคิดอย่างมีพลัง 2) ขั้นการลงมือทำอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และ3) ขั้นการสังเคราะห์ผลและส่งต่อ ผลการพัฒนานักวิจัยชุมชนพบทั้งผลในระดับบุคคลและผลระดับชุมชน
