สถานการณ์ทางสังคมและจิตลักษณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคมของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อค้นหาตัวแปรเชิงสาเหตุที่สำคัญในการทำนายพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคม ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรับผิดชอบส่วนบุคคล ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม และด้านการมีส่วนรวมทางสังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 500 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดประเภทมาตรประเมินรวมค่า 6 ระดับ ทั้งหมด 9 ชุด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสัมประสิทธ์อัลฟ่าอยู่ระหว่าง .74 ถึง .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคมทั้งด้านความรับผิดชอบส่วนบุคคลในกลุ่มรวม ตัวทำนายที่สำคัญโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ เหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรม การถ่ายทอดทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับอัตลักษณ์ด้านจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง 2) พฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคมทั้งด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวมในกลุ่มรวม ตัวทำนายที่สำคัญโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การอบรมเลี้ยงดูตามหลักศาสนา การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนในการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคม และการถ่ายทอดทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับอัตลักษณ์ด้านจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ และ 3) พฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคมด้านการมีส่วนรวมทางสังคมในกลุ่มรวม ตัวทำนายที่สำคัญโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ เจตคติต่อพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคม การอบรมเลี้ยงดูตามหลักศาสนา การถ่ายทอดทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับอัตลักษณ์ด้านจิตสำนึกสาธารณะ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนในการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคม ผลการวิจัยนี้ได้ชี้แนะถึงแนวทางการวิจัย และแนวทางในการจัดการพัฒนาที่สำคัญ เพื่อเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองใส่ใจสังคมต่อไป

Social Situational and Psychological Factors Related to Active Citizen Behavior among Undergraduate Students of Srinakharinwirot University

The purpose of this study aims to study the predictive power on active citizen behaviors on personal responsibility, public responsibility and social criticism of undergraduate students at Srinakharinwirot University in terms of an overall group and biosocial factors group with six independent factors include religious rearing practice, socialization on public-mindedness, self-esteem, moral reasoning, positive attitude to the active citizen behaviors and self-efficacy on active citizen. The samples are consisting of five hundred students, selected by multistage random sampling. The research consisted of nine instruments in the form of summated rating scale. The reliability of the alpha coefficients was between .74 - .87. The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis: Enter & Stepwise Analysis. 1) The result from multiple regression analysis: Stepwise Analysis found that in overall group, the independent factors were moral reasoning, socialization on public-mindedness and self-esteem. 2) The results from multiple regression analysis: Stepwise Analysis found that in overall group, the independent factors were self-esteem, religious rearing practice, self-efficacy on active citizen and socialization on public-mindedness. 3) The results from multiple regression analysis: Stepwise Analysis found that in overall group, the independent factors were positive attitude to the active citizen behaviors, religious rearing practice, socialization on public-mindedness, self-esteem and self-efficacy on active citizen. These results have important implications for further research and promoting interventions.
