Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the processes for developing community researchers from the prototype community where there was the community researcher development or the use of research procedures for addressing the community problems in order to use the results of the study as the approach to plan and set the activities supporting community researchers’ potentiality which was a part of the research on the topic of  Participatory Action Research to Develop the Model for Support Community Researchers Potentiality in Pak Phli, Nakhon Nayok.  The researcher conducted the study in the whole primary prototype area of Phraek Nam Daeng, Amphawa, Samut Songkhram through focus group discussion and in-depth interview from the perspectives of supervisors and developers for community researchers as well as local researchers in the community.  For secondary area, the researcher reviewed related literature and research.  The result of the study of model areas found nine processes of developing community researchers were divided into three processes: 1) starting powerful thinking 2) creative action and 3) synthesizing the results and referring.  The result of developing community researchers found in both levels of individual and community.
