PROBLEMS IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE TAMBON ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION ACT

Abstract

This research The objectives are to 1) study concepts, theories, formats and methods for promulgating local ordinances. 2) study the legal principles of Thailand and foreign countries related to the enforcement of local ordinances. 3) Determine methods for enforcing the provisions of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. To be in line with other forms of local government organizations in Thailand and 4) amend and add the Subdistrict Councils and Subdistrict Administrative Organizations Act, B.E. 2537, Section 71, using a qualitative research format.
