Abstract

Introduction: From the situation where government officials are involved in drugs, it can be seen that those who work according to the law but commit crimes themselves Knowing that the offender will be punished more than the general public who still choose to commit the offence, this leads to obstacles in law enforcement. Study of Problems in Investigating Expanded Arrests of Government Officials Committed Drug-related Offenses. Objective:  (1) study the problem in Investigating Expanded Arrests of Government Officials Committed Drug-related Offenses (2) guideline for developing the investigative process Expanded Arrests. Methods: The research methodology involves document analysisand in-depth interviews 15 people. Results: the problem in Investigating Expanded Arrests of Government Officials Committed Drug-related Offenses include. Structural problems, Problems with guidelines or policies Legal problems and Problems of not receive cooperation from relevant agencies. Conclusion: From the research, it should be emphasized that both tactical and practical aspects should be reviewed and revised in the overall control of punishment of supervisors who have neglected warnings. The officers should also be encouraged to study and gain additional knowledge and develop themselves in the investigation and expansion of the arrest of government officers who commit drug-related offenses. This includes the need for organizations to study and analyze data from each investigation and summarize lessons learned to share knowledge with relevant officials.
