Abstract

Introduction: Communication to Enhance Educational Management by Local Administrative Organizations in the Context of Urban Development: A Case Study of the Administrators of Nonthaburi Municipality and Rangsit Municipality. Objectives: 1. To explore communication strategies used to promote educational management by the administrators of Nonthaburi Municipality and Rangsit Municipality, which impact urban development. 2. To examine the communication factors influencing the promotion of educational management by the administrators of Nonthaburi Municipality and Rangsit Municipality, which contribute to urban development. 3. To identify approaches to improving communication for enhancing educational management by the administrators of Nonthaburi Municipality and Rangsit Municipality, focusing on their impact on urban development. Methods: This qualitative study employed in-depth interviews and document analysis to gather comprehensive insights into various aspects of communication.                      Result: Communication Strategies The study revealed that communication to enhance educational management involved the use of mass media and local media, social media tools, public relations events, meetings, printed media, and community-based communication processes. Key Communication Factors A positive image of local administrative organization leaders was identified as a critical factor influencing public acceptance and support for educational policies. It served as an example of strong leadership, fostering trust in the education system and creating a supportive environment for learning within local communities. Developmental Approaches The communication strategies for enhancing educational management leveraged the unique characteristics of the municipalities. The urban context of Nonthaburi Municipality and the university-centered nature of Rangsit Municipality significantly shaped their educational management approaches. Municipal administrators played a vital role in policy formulation, resource management (financial and human), and support for educational activities. Additionally, they facilitated collaborations with universities, educational institutions, and the community.
