AGRI-NATURE MEMBERSHIP NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to (1) study the management of the agri-nature membership network in Thailand; (2) study the cooperation process of the agri-nature membership network in Thailand. This research was a Multiple Case Study. Qualitative research was conducted by using in-depth interviews. Key informants consisted of 25 derived from the use of snowball sampling involved in managing agri-nature membership from the public, private, and civil sectors. The data collected were subsequently analyzed in related primary and secondary, was then analyzed in a variety of theories, and inductive conclusions, including the triangulation method. The research instruments used to collect data were in-depth interviews, participant observation, and non-participant observation.
Findings are found that there were:
five processes in the management of the agri-nature membership networks: (1) goal setting (2) building membership networks and cooperation partners (3) leadership (4) coordination and (5) building cooperation and rebuilding activities. In the collaboration process of the agri-nature membership network, the findings show that there were four processes: (1) goal setting and mutual agreement (2) interdependence and partner building (3) joint implementation and (4) evaluations. Outcomes resulting from collaboration process found that there were collaborative learning processes within the agri-nature membership network, innovation and knowledge development, emerging new projects or activities, building and expanding a membership network
