CREATIVE LEADERSHIP FOR ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF MUNICIPALITIES IN CENTRAL REGION OF THAILAND

Abstract
In this dissertation, the researcher studies (1) trait of leadership factors influencing the organizational effectiveness of municipalities in central region of thailand; (2) leadership skill factors influencing the organizational effectiveness of municipalities in central region of thailand; and (3) creative leadership factors influencing the organizational effectiveness of municipalities in central region of thailand. The sample population consisted of 333 personnel at municipalities in central region of thailand. The research instruments were a five-rating scale questionnaire with its reliability level at 0.976. The data was analyzed by statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.
Findings were as follows: 1. factors influencing the organizational effectiveness of municipalities in central region of thailand in the aspect of trait of leadership, factor which is emotional maturity. Leadership skill, two as relationship management skills and management skills were situational factors. creative leadership, factor which is Leader vision at the statistically significant level of .01. and 2. It is suggested, according to the study, that: The municipality can use the research findings as a guideline for recruiting, selecting, assigning, and appointing municipal administrators. And can make the municipality effective to achieve the goals set.
