HOW WILL WE SUPPORT GEN Z TO HAVE LONGER PERIOD OF WORKING AND DECREASE THEIR RESIGNATIONS IN PRIVATE ORGANIZATION?

Abstract
Introduction : Currently, there are many private organizations have confronted problems of Gen Z staff who do not like to work in organizations for a long period and it has become problems which has impacted toward growth of such organizations if this problems have not appropriated solutions. Objective of research : Researchers have studied causes why most of Gen Z staffs do not like to work in organizations for a long period and also cultivated guideline for supporting longer period working of Gen Z staff and make decreasing of their resignations. Methodology : Researchers use qualitative research methodology which has emphasized in-depth interview with 20 key informants in various business. Tools of research are applied by interview and collecting of data by Researchers including taking all notes by ourselves and analyze such of all data by qualitative research methodology. Results of research : Most of Gen Z staffs do not like to work in organizations for a long period which are caused by their concept and working behaviors are inconsistent with system and corporate culture. They require to shift up their remunerations. Their concept and working behaviors are inconsistent with their superiors. Beside, they have attempted to maintain their work life balance as well as leveling up the growth in their career path. With guideline for solving of these problems, organizations have to select Gen Z staff who match with organizations culture and also create career growth system in organization for them. Simultaneously, organizations have to decorate remuneration system of this group which should close up same business category and also providing flexible benefits for them. Also, organizations have to adjust attitudes of superiors in all levels for making understanding in co-working with such new generation staff. Conclusion : Private organizations should make understanding in causes of this problem and create guideline for retention and motivation of Gen Z staffs which support their longer period of working in organization including consideration of consistency with the context and culture of organization which should be tailor-made for each of organization. And all high ranking executives of such organizations should have participation in this matter for supporting those guidelines and going through effective achievement of its target.
