A DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC CONVERSATION FOR LEARNING INFORMATION THROUGH LINE MESSAGING API CHATBOT

Abstract

The objectives of this research were follows: 1) to develop an automatic conversation for learning information through LINE Messaging API Chatbot 2) to determine the effectiveness of an automatic conversation for learning information through LINE Messaging API Chatbot and 3) to satisfaction study of an automatic conversation for learning information through LINE Messaging API Chatbot. The researchers applied technology such as LINE Messaging API, Google Chat API, Google Apps Script with natural language processing and store data in Google Sheet to support user conversations via the cloud service. The sample was obtained by proposed sampling selected consist of 50 students who study in ICT458 Applying Big Data Technology. The main working process of the automatic conversation for learning information through LINE Messaging API Chatbot consists of assignments information, attendance data, total scores, and video tutorials. The results had found that : 1) an automatic conversation for learning information through LINE Messaging API Chatbot has been developed and operated with quality principles. and the process of developing an automated conversation system. 2) ) The results of the research showed that the efficiency of the experts’ evaluation was at a high level ( = 4.39, SD = 0.61) and 3) The satisfaction of the users was at a high level ( = 4.50, SD = 0.56).
