VUCA World produces various effects on Education field such as administration, learning management, and students. All levels of students have been affected on their learning, living, and mental health. VUCA World forces students to adapt themselves in their methods of study in order to cope with obstacles including learning and living. Many students confront mental health problems and are not able to adapt themselves to these rapid changes. Educators are compelled by these challenges to reassess methods to encourage students to be able to adapt with these ongoing changes and have positive mindset on their earned experiences including success and failure experiences. Growth mindset, therefore, is crucial for students at present. Growth mindset allows students to view obstacles as challenging and endeavor to develop themselves. This article discusses the effects of VUCA World on students, importance of growth mindset for students in this context, and strategies to develop growth mindset for students in order to encourage them to improve their learning, adaptability, and mental health.
