แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบนำเสนอวาระการประชุมผ่านแท็บเล็ตของคณะกรรมการบริหาร ศูนย์หัวใจสิริกิติ์ฯ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการนำเสนอวาระและเอกสารประกอบการประชุมผ่านแท็บเล็ตคอมพิวเตอร์ (iPad) 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้งานระบบ และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดังกล่าว เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (Mixed Methods Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการบริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เนื่องจากเป็นกลุ่มเฉพาะทาง และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) จำนวน 5 คน การตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือใช้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม (Cronbach’s alpha) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการนำเสนอวาระและเอกสารประกอบการประชุมผ่าน iPad โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (x̄ = 4.63) และด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (x̄ = 3.63) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบ ได้แก่ ข้อจำกัดด้านการเพิ่มวาระการประชุมแบบทันที และความกังวลด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบควรมุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นของระบบ การเสริมมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย และการรองรับการประชุมแบบออนไลน์และไฮบริด
