บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ 2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบ 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ 4) ประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่มีประสิทธิผลแบบยั่งยืนโดยใช้แนวคิดเชิงระบบในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) แบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะกลุ่มเป้าหมายระยะที่ 1 ได้แก่ ครู 87 คน ปีการศึกษา 2566 ระยะที่ 2 และ 4 ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และระยะที่ 3 ได้แก่ ครู 51 คน และนักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 327 คน (ปีการศึกษา 2567) เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า IOC และ t-test for Dependent Samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระยะที่ 1 สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ขณะที่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ระยะที่ 2 รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิตและผลลัพธ์ และผลป้อนกลับ ผ่านการประเมินความสอดคล้องโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ระยะที่ 3 ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด ระยะที่ 4 ผลการประเมินและรับรองโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่ารูปแบบมีคุณภาพโดยรวมในระดับมากที่สุดทั้งด้านความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความชัดเจน รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีประสิทธิผลเชิงผลลัพธ์เหมาะสมสำหรับการนำไปขยายผลในสถานศึกษาอื่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
