บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน 2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ 4) ประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดลุ่มมหาชัยชุมพล ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) แบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอน 46 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1–6 จำนวน 583 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ทดลองรูปแบบจำนวน 400 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มโดยใช้ตาราง Yamane และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ เป้าหมาย บริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิต และการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความสอดคล้องได้ค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.80–1.00 ทุกองค์ประกอบ ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจของครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด แสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถนำไปใช้เสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
