Networking Management Affecting The Private School Effectiveness In Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

The object of this descriptive research aim to study 1) the level of networking management that affecting to the effectiveness of private schools in Khon Kaen. 2) Composition of private school network management. In khon kaen It was found that the four network components were positively correlated at the .01 level (P-value <.01) and had the relationship between 0.294 to 0.873. The highest correlation was satisfaction with teacher welfare. In satisfaction The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.873, followed by parents' involvement in school club activities, and the administrators and teachers invited villagers to be lecturers. The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.866. The lowest correlation coefficient was satisfaction with job assignment. According to the ability of the personnel and the management, the planning, implementation and implementation of the plan comply with the policy, vision, mission, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.294. 3) the factors of networking management of private schools in Khon Kaen. The sample of this research were 414 participants: 123 administrators and 123 teacher who are working in the private schools in Khon Kaen, by using the ratio according to the size of the schools as a criteria. Data were collected by using networking management that affecting to the effectiveness of private schools in Khon Kaen’s questionnaire which has Reliability at 0.96. Statistics were Mean, Standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that 1) the level of networking management of private schools in Khon Kaen is “High” which is having a shared visions, exchanging resources, and interacting between organizations. And the effectiveness of private schools is “High” which is the ability of adjustment, the positive thinking of students, participatory management, and satisfaction of the success of the work. 2) the networking management that affecting to the effectiveness of private schools in Khon Kaen is significant (0.01) were  exchanging resources and having a network culture.
