Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the conditions academic administration of distance learning
via satellite. 2) to study the problem of academic management, teaching and distance learning via
satellite and 3) to study the suggestions with the appropriate academic administration academic
administration distance learning via satellite. The sample used in this research is the principal of the
school extended learning opportunities of satellite television in the Office of Education Elementary
Education Chiang Rai in 2556 were 145 people. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire
with three episodes. Episode 1 status respondents. Episode 2 of the problems, the principal of the
school extended learning opportunities of satellite television in the Office of Elementary Chiang Rai
area. Episode 3 feedback analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results
showed that: 1) The management of academic teaching satellite distance of Extended Schools in
Chiang Rai. 2) Overall, the
average is 11 levels. The Civil Aeronautics Administration Average is less, and 3) The suggestions
should be media and modern equipment. To help the students learn to seek knowledge on their own.
By the instructor was just an assistant to help the students understand the lessons and guidance that
will be useful to the learner than it should and cause the maximum benefit to learners.
