Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop the structural factors influencing the
learning organization of schools, under jurisdiction of Municipality, RoiKaenSanSin Provincial Group,
2) to investigate the congruency of developed structural relationship model of factors influencing the
learning organization of schools, under jurisdiction of Municipality, RoiKaenSanSin Provincial Group, with
empirical data, and 3) to study the direct effect, indirect effect and total effect of factors influencing
the learning organization of schools, under jurisdiction of Municipality, RoiKaenSanSin Provincial Group.
The sample derived with multi-stage sampling from 560 teachers. The research instrument was the
5-Level Rating Scale based on Likert’s model and focus group discussion form. Data were analyzed
by analyzing the EFA ,CFA, and SEM.
The research findings were as follows:
1) The development of the structural factors influencing the learning organization of schools,
under jurisdiction of Municipality, RoiKaenSanSin Provincial Group: effect variable consisting of learning
organization and causal variables consisting of leadership in learning, organizational structure, cultural
and atmosphere learning organization, knowledge management, and information technology use for
learning.
2) The findings of investigation in connection with linear structural relationship model of
factors influencing the learning organization of schools, under jurisdiction of Municipality, RoiKaenSanSin
Provincial Group, were found that it was congruent with empirical data, considered by Chi-square =
104.268, df = 84, p-value = 0.066, RMSEA = 0.019, χ2/df = 1.241 which was to accept that the pattern
based on research hypothesis being congruent with empirical data. Besides, there were other statistical
values specifying the supportive congruence: the GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) and the AGFI (Adjusted
Goodness of Fit Index) Which were = 0.986 and 0.995, respectively.
3) The factors with statistical highest level of direct effect on learning organization (LO), was
was cultural and learning climate (CUL), with influence value of 0.842, at 0.001 significant level.
The second highest was knowledge management (KM), the influence value was 0.725with influence
value of 0.001. For the highest level of indirect effect on learning organization (LO) was leadership in
learning (LL), the influence value was 1.167 at 0.001 significant level. The second was organizational
structure (OST). In addition, the factors with statistical total effect on learning organization (LO), was
the culture and learning climate (CUL) with the influence value of 0.971, at 0.001 The second order
was leadership in learning education.
