The Strategy of Strategic Leadership of the School Administrators of College of Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational Institute of Agriculture

Abstract

The purposes of the research seemed 1) to investigate the conditions of the strategic leadership
of the school administrators of College of Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational
Institute of Agriculture, 2) to create the strategy of the strategic leadership of the school administrators
of College of Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational Institute of Agriculture,
3) and to evaluate the strategy of the strategic leadership of the school administrators of College of
Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational Institute of Agriculture. The Target Group of
the research were 594 school administrators, Teacher of College of Agriculture and Technology under
Northeastern Vocational Institute of Agriculture, 10 qualified people invited for focus group discussion
to check framework, and 30 interested persons to evaluate the appropriateness and possibility of the
strategy of the strategic leadership of the school administrators of College of Agriculture and Technology
under Northeastern Vocational Institute of Agriculture. The research instruments were questionnaires,
interviews, structured focus groups, and strategy evaluation forms. The collected data were analyzed by
percentages, arithmetic means, and standard deviation for the quantitative data, and content analysis
for the qualitative data, including Exploratory factor analysis. The findings of the research indicated
that; (1) on the whole, the current condition of the strategy of the strategic leadership of the school
administrators of College of Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational Institute of
Agriculture seemed to be at the moderate level. When each department was considered, it was found
that the highest mean score seemed to be the development of student affairs. Moreover, the inferior
mean score seemed to be department of the resource management. Moreover. The lowest mean
score seemed to be the academic section. (2) The strategy of the strategic leadership of the school
administrators of College of Agriculture and Technology under Northeastern Vocational Institute of
Agriculture consisted of 7 strategies. The curriculum development learning and teaching Learning
process Evaluation of success. The second strategy seemed to be the Management and development
of personnel to be effective. The third strategy was the creation of network for the participation in the
school development from all sectors. The fourth strategy seemed to effectively manage the student
care and support system of success. The fifth strategy seemed to be the effective education and career
guidance. The sixth strategy seemed to drive schools to be the center of knowledge transfer to the
community for sustainable development. The seventh strategy expand access to educational services
and continue to learn through out life.
