Abstract

The purpose of this research being as follow 1) To study leadership of school teachers under The Office of Surin Primary Educational Service Area 3, in accordance with perception of teachers and school administrators 2) To study leadership development methods for teachers in schools under The Office of Surin Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population of this research being teachers and school administrators who are under The Office of Surin Primary Educational Service Area 3, total 485 persons, being 341 teachers and 144 school administrators. Collect details by questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion, then analyze by using readymade program. The statistic which is used to analyze details from questionnaire being percentage, average, standard deviation and analyze details from Focus Group Discussion by analyze details from content then compile and present by lecturing method


Result of the research
1. Leadership of school teachers under The Office of Surin Primary Educational Service Area 3, in accordance with perception of teachers and school administrators is in “Extreme” level.
2. Teachers’ leadership development methods could be done by regularly promoting teachers development in every field, promoting teachers to change from instructors into learning advisors, preparing process which is supported students learning by emphasizing students to analyze, solve problem with proper method. Also give opportunity to teachers to present with all their abilities.
