The Development of a Learning Activity Kits the Cooperative Learning Management with STAD Technique Foreign Language Department in My School Unit for Mathayom Suksa 1 Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were; 1) To study the achievement of learning a Foreign Language. In my School unit, of Anunaban Nonkhun School (Nonkhowittayakharn) Mathayom Suksa 1 student used the Cooperative Learning Management with STAD technique activity kits. 2) To compare the learning achievement and group work behavior in Foreign Language Department. My School unit of Mathayom Suksa 1. The sample group consisted of students in Mathayom Suksa 1/2. In the first semester, the academic year 2021, 20 students were obtained based on a Cluster Sampling. The research instruments consisted of 1) English learning management plan by STAD collaborative learning activities. 2) Academic achievement test with four option multiple choice questions with 30 items. 3) 14 items of behavioral observation form in the 4-sided group. Data were analyzed using statistics including mean, percentage, standard deviation, and dependent sample T-test.
The results of this study could be concluded as follows:
- Overall learning achievement of students who received the Cooperative Learning Management with STAD technique. After learning management was higher than before learning management with a statistical significance level of .05.
- Group work behavior as whole students who received the Cooperative Learning Management with STAD technique after learning management which was higher than before learning management with a statistical significance level of .05.
