Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study Academic administration efficiency and study Guidelines for the Academic Administration Successful of medium School : a case study of Bannongmek School Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Thesamples were 24 persons.The key informants for the school, 1, chairman of the school committee at a successful school, 1, director of a successful school, 1, deputy director of a successful school, and head of academic affairs at a successful school, 1, accomplished, 3 successful school teachers, 2 successful school alumni representatives, total 9 persons of the Bannongmek School. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and Index of Item Objective Congruence at value of 0.80–1.00. The questionnaire eliability was .91 and discrimination index was 0.2-0.7 The statistics was analysis,here were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test for Independent samples.


The results were as follows:

When considering on each aspect the research found to be at highest level could be arranged according to the average from high to low as follows: academic planning, curriculum development,


measurement evaluation and compare transfer results, teaching improve the learning process in the school, education supervision , development teaching material innovation and technology for education and research and research for development education.


  1. Guidelines for promoting the efficiency of academic administration Successful of

medium School : a case study of Bannongmek School Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were 1)There was a meeting of the teachers to analyze the learning achievement, the results of the planning examinations to enhance the achievement together. 2)Teachers have organized teaching and learning according to the learning management plan. There is supervision, follow-up, teaching observation pairs, PLC process, and development teaching material innovation and technology for education. 3) Teachers have developed and improved curricula based on subject groups based on the 2008 Core Curriculum, analyzing the curriculum and integrating the content into a collective body of knowledge and bringing local wisdom to be defined in the curriculum of educational institutions. 4)Teachers have developed teaching materials, innovations in line with the learning management plan. Prepare a variety of interesting teaching material suitable for the age of the learners. 5)There is a supervision plan within the educational institutes and follow-up supervision. 6)The teachers jointly determine the measurement guidelines and implement the guidelines according to the indicators.7)Educational institutions are encouraged to provide teachers with research skills to improve learning and to enable teachers to conduct research in the classroom.
