A Study of the Creative Leadership of the School Administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the creative leadership of the school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, and 2) to compare the creative leadership of the school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 according to the teachers’ opinions which classified by school sizes. The samples consisted of 337 teachers operating at school under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample size was calculated applying Krejcie and Morgan method and stratified random sampling. The instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95 and a discrimination of 0.31 - 0.79. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and One - way ANOVA.

      The research findings were as follows: 1) the creative leadership of school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 both overall and individual aspects were at a high level. 2) The comparison of the creative leadership of the school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 according to the teachers’ opinions which classified by the size of the schools revealed that the creative leadership of the school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 both overall and individual aspects were different with no statistical significance.
