Abstract
A study of the development of public mind according to Buddhist principles it is a study of participation in the maintenance of public property. Not taking advantage of others including the environmental protection for the benefit of the society as a whole it is called being a "public mind" who understands the application of Buddhist principles to develop people to have public mind. It is the application of the fourth Sangkhahavatthat in order to live with others by helping one another. Have good wishes for others to be happy, free from suffering, and to apply the principles of virtue and morality to unite their strength Born into love Unity in the development and creation of society for progress. And it is initially beneficial to develop oneself to be ready according to the 4 prayer principles in order to become a person who has a healthy body and a cheerful mind. Be virtuous Lead a good life If any social person has members who develop a public mind according to such principles, it will benefit both oneself, others and society as a whole.
