Abstract

This academic article, the author intends to present innovations in research that affect human resource development. Building an understanding of how humans are trying to transform corporate operations from legacy to technology that impacts emerging employment patterns. The content explores the literature that includes technology that has reduced employment rates as the world enters the digital platform era, the use of the term partner instead of employee, human behavior when working with artificial intelligence, nature, human culture in organizations that have changed. Defining human digital productivity into the world of technology, all of the above are useful for human resource jobs and future preparation.
