Factors affecting the success of the financial community on philosophy of sufficiency economy

Abstract

                   The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting the success of the financial community on philosophy of sufficiency economy and to analysis the relationship of factors of success of the financial community by forecast method. The research was a survey research and data were collected by questionnaire. The representative sample of this research is a person who work in financial community. A data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and hypothesis test on quantitative analysis by correlation and logistic regression analysis.

                   The results were found that the significant level of factor of leader and committee, community, culture and managerial management is highly effected. For the factor of member is high effected and relevant parties is medium effected. The result of discriminant analysis showed that overall by 76.5 percent. The factor of leader and committee is negatively, and the factor of member is positively to impact on success of the financial community. If there is a change in the level of important factor of leader and committee are increasing will able to impact on decrease of success. Whereas which the changed are increasing of member factor will impact highly on success of the financial community. This research imply to the community has potential to develop a people to encourage the collaboration with work collaborative by teamwork will able to be a success.
