Effects of Modern Government Procurement and Supply Management on Practice Efficiency of Supply Administrative Staffs in Mahasarakham University

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effects of modern government procurement and supply management on practice efficiency of supply administrative staffs in Mahasarakham University. Data were obtained from 117 supply administrative staffs at Mahasarakham University by uses a questionnaire.For analyzing, mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regressions analysis were used as the statistics methods. The finding indicated that the modern government procurement and supply management pertained to worthiness and accountability had a positively relationship with practice efficiency of supply administrative staffs in Mahasarakham University.  It can conclude that modern government procurement and supply management significantly affected to the operations of every department. The supply is a crucial tool to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the organizations. Thus, the organizations should support and encourage their supply administrative staffs to continuously improve knowledge of practice efficiency. This would have a positive effect on the organizations and the supply administrative staffs to be able to accurate and better work quality in accordance to rules and regulations.
