Digital Era Organizational Management for Sustainable Educational Innovation

Abstract

Organizational management in the digital age to become an educational innovation organization is very important today because digital transformation can increase work efficiency and create a competitive advantage for organizations that are changing rapidly. The methods that organizations should use to adapt to the digital age are using technology to increase work
efficiency, managing change, or developing digital skills of personnel, which have elements of an educational innovation organization that is flexible in management, decentralizing power,
and having a teamwork atmosphere by giving everyone in the organization the opportunity
to express their opinions and apply knowledge from various disciplines to create and improve new management methods. Educational innovation organizations consist of strategies, visions, and missions of the organization, organizational structure, organizational atmosphere, organizational culture, human resource energy development, executive leadership, teamwork, information systems, and performance evaluation. The elements will lead to guidelines
for organizational management in the digital age to become an effective and sustainable educational innovation organization.
