IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS FOR MANAGEMENT

Abstract
This academic article aims to study organizational chart formats that help increase efficiency and reduce costs in organizational management. By studying and analyzing the content of information obtained from the collection of documents, articles, and books. It was found that In general, business management has an organizational chart that shows the structure of relationships between departments, job positions, employees, authority, communication channels, and resource management. It has also been found that organizational charts used in various businesses have ten structures: hierarchical, functional, flat, divisional, matrix, network, team, circular, process-based, and line structures. Entrepreneurs or managers can choose the most suitable one for the type and nature of their business. Each structure holds importance as a tool for entrepreneurs and managers to delegate tasks, illustrate the chain of command, and allocate resources. This ensures that employees in each department work towards achieving the business's goals. Organizational management in the current environment, where the workforce is significantly declining, involves an organizational chart with a collaborative structure. This promotes continuous self-development among employees and integrates resources to enhance efficiency, build a positive image, and gain acceptance from the organization's clients.
