DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DONKLIANG MODEL TO THE EXCELLENCE OF THE SECOND SURAT THANI PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION SCHOOL (BAN DON KLIANG)

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study about the educational quality management model for educational institutions basic education level, create and validate educational quality management models DONKLIANG Model to the Excellence and to learn about Development of Educational Quality Management DONKLIANG Model to the Excellence of The Second Surat thani Provincial Administrative Organization School (Ban Don Kliang). The are three procedures of the research which consist of which consists of 1) studying the documents and research related to the educational quality management model for educational institutions at the level of basic education and model schools, 2) creating and validating educational quality management models DONKLIANG  Model and to learn about Development of Educational Quality Management  DONKLIANG  Model by 5 experts examining the educational quality management model and 3) evaluating of the use of the educational quality management model DONKLIANG  Model to the excellence of The Second Provincial Administrative Organization School (Ban Don Kliang) from 4 of the school director under the Surat Thani Provincial Administrative Organization and 42 f The Second Provincial Administrative Organization School (Ban Don Kliang) teachers. The data collecting method is asking for opinions and the statistics used in data analysis are mean and standard deviation. The result found that Development of Educational Quality Management DONKLIANG Model should be used following the principles of quality management by Deming (PDCA) and quality management throughout the organization (TQM). The next consequence is educational quality management model DONKLIANG Model consists with 4 components that are 1. Deming theory and principles of quality management (PDCA), quality management throughout the organization (TQM), decentralization principle and participation of stakeholders, 2. 4 administrative processes; academic, budget, personnel and general administration that each role is managed with Deming cycle under DONKLIANG Model 3. the results of the assessment of educational quality management model DONKLIANG Model to the Excellence of The Second Surat thani Provincial Administrative Organization School (Ban Don Kliang).
