MANAGEMENT MODEL OF WAT MOLILOKAYARAM PALI STUDIES CENTER IN THE NEW NORMAL WAY

Abstract

Objectives of this research articles were:  1. To study the general management conditions of Wat Molilokayaram Pali Studies Center in the new normal way, 2. To study the management components of Wat Molilokayaram Pali Studies Center in the new normal way and 3. To propose the management model of Wat Molilokayaram Pali Studies Center in the new normal way. Methodology was the mixed methods:  The quantitative research by survey method, data were collected with questionnaires from 188 samples who were novices and monks in Wat Molilokayaram Pali Studies Center. Data were analyzed with social science research ready-made program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.  The qualitative research, data were collected from 8 key informants by in-depth interviewing and analyzed data by content descriptive interpretation. The results showed that: 1. Management conditions showed that personnel were allocated to work in various parts of the school, training personnel to have knowledge to cope with the plague, dividing places to stay in detention, abstaining and canceling many activities that must be shared. 2. The management components of Wat Molilokkayaram Pali Studies Center in the new normal way was as follows: Integrate online through the Internet or applications to reduce interaction. More sub-rooms are separated from each class. Use media and information technology to help organize online teaching such as Facebook, YouTube, Zoom, etc. Instead, training is distributed in other provinces to reduce congestion in the Molilokyaram Temple School.Online testing Sending homework online and 3.
