Abstract

The objectives of this research Article were 1) To examine the current state of academic administration processes in small primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) To develop the academic administration processes of small primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, based on the principle of Sangahavatthu 4 (the Four Bases of Social Solidarity). The researcher employed a mixed-methods research design. Quantitative data were collected using questionnaires from 244 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.91. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For the qualitative data, information was collected through interviews with six key informants. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques.The research results were as follows: 1. The overall development of academic administration processes in small primary schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was found to be at the highest level. Considering each aspect, all were also at the highest level. The highest mean score was in Classroom Research, followed by School Curriculum Development, Media and Technology Utilization, Development and Promotion of Learning Resources, and Internal Quality Assurance. The lowest mean scores, though still at the highest level, were Learning Process Development and Educational Measurement and Evaluation. And 2.The development of academic administration processes in small primary schools by school administrators under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, when integrated with the principle of Sangahavatthu 4, has been applied in practice and in fostering harmonious relationships with colleagues. This has led to unity within the organization, created a smooth working atmosphere, and enhanced sustainable effectiveness in academic administration, as follows:


1) Dana (Generosity) - Sharing personal belongings, giving time and assistance to others willingly, not limited to material objects but also including knowledge, advice, and self-sacrifice for the benefit of the community.2) Piyavaca (Kind Speech) - Speaking politely and pleasantly with compassion and respect, encouraging colleagues, or offering constructive criticism with appropriate language, thereby fostering a positive working and co-living atmosphere. 3) Atthacariya (Helpful Conduct) - Cooperating in various activities with sacrifice, honesty, and a sense of responsibility as a role model; sincerely helping others through direct action, such as assisting with tasks, sharing burdens, or solving problems without expecting personal gain. And 4) Samanattata (Equality and Impartiality) - Conducting oneself appropriately without arrogance or conceit, accepting others’ opinions, respecting differences, and knowing how to adapt to others, thereby enabling harmonious coexistence.
