Abstract
The objectives of this research were to Find suitable guidelines for Buddhist innovation of Management in academic affair of school administrators expanding educational opportunities in the office of Nakhon Sawan educational service area zone 1. This research was a mixed method: quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample was 253 school directors and teachers by using questionnaire with five rating scales for data collection with the 0.93 of reliability. The statistics program for the data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The qualitative research was dealt with the in-depth structured interview to collect all detail from 7 key informants and the Content Analysis was presented in a descriptive form. The guidelines for Buddhist Innovation in Environmental Management of Educational Institutions in the Office of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area Zone 1 by applying Gharavasa-dhammas 4 as a framework Buddhist Innovation in Environmental Management of Educational Institutions in the following four aspects: 1) In the aspect of curriculum management found that administrators should be honest and upright, committed to truthfulness without distorting information. They should operate with transparency, avoiding attachment to power or positions. Administrators should be supportive and considerate towards others, following Sacca principles: truth and honesty, 2) The aspect of Teaching and Learning revealed that Administrators can cultivate themselves by demonstrating sincerity towards students, clearly explaining the objectives of teaching, being straightforward and truthful, and avoiding the use of aggression when addressing issues, following Dama principles, taming and training oneself, 3) the aspect of Educational Supervision, administrators should refrain from practicing emotional manipulation, maintain emotional control, and avoid using emotions to make decisions when time for supervision, following Khanti principles: patience and tolerance, 4) the aspect of Educational Supervision, Administrators should be willing to invest time in trying to understand the perspectives of others calmly. They should be dedicated to improving assessment systems for efficiency, even when facing challenges and problems in administration, in accordance with Caga, sacrificing principles, sharing and generosity.
