The Management Model for Small-Sized Schools in Nakhon Sawan Province According to Iddhipa ̅da IV

Abstract

The management model for small-sized schools by the inspection report in fiscal year 2023 for the seventh policy found that the management model for small-sized schools met many problems, and affected the management model for small-sized schools. To link and agree with the direction of the country development, and Twenty-Year National Strategic Plan, the schools would depend on the participation of the stakeholders and schools, and applied the Iddhipāda (path of accomplishment): Chanda (will), Viriya (effort), Citta (thoughtfulness, and Vãmamsà (resoning) in working. It could manage the organization to make the solidarity.
