Abstract
There are 3 objectives of this study as follows: 1) to study the context of Academic Administration of Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern 2) to create Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern 3) to evaluate Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern.
This research is divided into 3 steps. Step 1) studying the context of Academic Administration of Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern with key informants 20 people used semi structured interview and content analysis. Step 2) creating a Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern with key informants 11 people by focus group method in focus group’s Record form used semi structured interview and content analysis. Step 3) Evaluation the Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern with key informants amount 30 people. The research instrument was an evaluation form consisting of 4 aspects: accuracy, Suitability, Possibility to practice, and the benefits. Statistics used are mean and standard deviation.
The research was found that
- The results of the study on Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern was found that they have a curriculum analysis, create course structure and curriculum Implementation, including curriculum management. The teachers designed the learning process, self-development, use of media, provision of media, exploration of learning resources, registration of sources, including the use of learning resources in and out of school. The schools have rules and measurement guideline by the real conditions, and they always develop measurement tools. The administrators have a variety of supervision by implemented the quality assurance system of the Ministerial Regulation.
2.The creation of a Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern, found that : there were models of curriculum management 18 methods, There were models of learning management 18 methods, There were models of learning media development 15 methods , There were models of learning resources development 14 methods , There were models of evaluation 14 methods, There were models of supervision 16 methods , and there were models of internal quality assurance system development 10 methods.
3.The results of Buddhist Academic Administration Model for Small Size Schools under The Office of the Primary Education Service Area Lower Northern in 4 types, 7 models were high level in overall.
