A Guideline of Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu in a Khun Sankh Secondary School Consortium, Chainat Province.

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to study, 1) the generality of a Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu in a Khun Sankh Secondary Consortium, Chainat Province. 2) the guidelines of Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu in a Khun Sankh Secondary Consortium,  Chainat Province.


The data in this research were Descriptive Research, mainly collected by Survey and Qualitative Research on Focus group consisted of 11 experts. The samples of this study were 153 persons consisted of 5 school administrators  and 148 teachers. The samples size were derived by using Krejcie and Morgan’s tables from 254 populations. The data were spread and  related to the populations. The research systematically analyzed by using descriptive statistics  based on frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.


The results of the study revealed as follow:


1) The generality of Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu in a Khun Sankh Secondary Consortium, Chainat Provinceas  a whole  was in a high level (= 4.39, S.D.= 0.46). When considered in each aspect, it was also found that the level of a structure of Professional Learning Community  According to 4 Sanghavatthu  in a Khun Sankh Secondary Consortium,  Chainat Province was in a high level (= 4.41, S.D.= 0.47). The level of organizational culture of Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu was in a high level  (X=4.40, S.D.=0.48)  The level of organizational climate of Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu was in a high level  (X=4.39, S.D.=0.49) The level of leadership of Professional Learning Community Administration According to 4 Sanghavatthu was in a high level (X= 4.39,        S.D.= 0.52)


2) A Guideline  analyzed the data by questionnaire and focus group consisted of 11 experts concluded 36 guidelines, divided 4 parts.  Part 1  The Structure consists of  12 guidelines. Part 2  The Organizational Climate  consists of  12 guidelines. Part 3  The Organizational Culture consists of 12 guidelines. And Part 4 The Leadership consists of  12 guidelines. The guidelines are for the administration of Professional Learning Community  According to 4 Sanghavatthu in a Khun Sankh Secondary Consortium,  Chainat Province.
