Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the guidelines participation of the committee on basic education in the administration of school under the office of Chainat primary educational service. The research was divided into 2 parts: 1) To study the conditions of participation of the committee on basic education in the administration of school under the office of Chainat primary educational service. The people of research were 313 the head of basic education in the administration of the schools, the committees of basic education and school administrators of Chainat primary educational service, the tool used to collect the data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with reliability value of 0.89. The statistics used were percentage (%), mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.).  2) Create a way to encourage the participation of the committee on basic education in the administration of school under the office of Chainat primary educational service by organizing discussion groups.

            The results of the research were as follows:

            1) The conditions of participation of the committee on basic education in the administration of school under the office of Chainat primary educational service as a whole were at a high level ( =3.70).  General administration was at the highest ( =3.79) level followed by academic administration ( =3.77), budget administration ( =3.71) and the final sequence was personnel administration ( =3.54).

2) Ways to participation of the committee on basic education in the administration of school under the office of Chainat primary educational service consist of the following:  The academic administration is 1) to appoint a school board member to jointly define the evaluation framework for curriculum implementation And supervision of teaching and learning 2) Appointment of the school committee to supervise and coordinate with teachers and school administrators (Local curriculum) in the budget management is 1) to allow the school board to participate in the proposal to appoint the responsible person for financial work School package 2) Appointment of basic school board members to inspect the school's finance, supplies and supplies Personnel management is 1) to allow the school board to participate in the recruitment plan And personnel development 2) The school board of directors will jointly study problems and solve problems in the shortage of personnel within the school And giving suggestions on how to arrange personnel to work in different parts of the school in general administration, namely The school board has played a role in evaluating after school activities. 3) The school board will attend the meeting to plan the use of the school's premises in Providing services to the community.
