Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators 2) to create ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators 3) to evaluate ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators
This research was divided into 3 steps. Step 1 Studying ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators. There were 17 informants by using semi-structured interview and analyzing the contents. Step 2 Creating ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators. There were 9 informants by using group conversation, recording form of group conversation and analyzing the contents. Step 3 Evaluating ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators. There were 30 informants who were the director of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary Schools and the directors of Sukhothai Primary Schools by using the evaluating form which asked 4 aspects: accuracy, suitability, possibility of doing and benefit. The data was statistically analyzed by mean.Standard Deviation (S.D)
The results of this research revealed as follows :
- The result of studying ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators found that : Self dominating strategy consisted of analyzing the causes of problems, using brains to analyze the causes of problems, training to search the causes of problems, considering the causes of problems, having purpose of working, having vision of working, having objective plan, having working calendar, practicing thinking, doing meditation, practicing drawing the present and the future pictures, self evaluating, opening mind to accept new things, spending proper time for working, being reasonable, prioritizing tasks, joining the community, being humble, understanding the difference between individuals. People dominating strategy consisted of giving knowledge and things with pure mind, being sacrifice, sharing things, being generous, speaking with soft voice, being humble, not being rude, speaking positively, knowing how to say sorry, knowing how to say thank you, being conscious in speaking, supporting the inferiors, adapting oneself to be with other people, having good manner, being punctual.Work dominating strategy consisted of loving to work, being proud of the job, having the work system, having a clear goal of working, following the working plan, having motivation in working, searching for knowledge from different sources, being industrious in working, being undaunted, being a good example for subordinates, being patient, concentrating on working, working cautiously, always checking the work, working with transparency.
- The result of creating ethic development strategy of Educational Region 1Sukhothai Primary School Administrators found that :1) Self dominating strategy applying SappurisaDhamma7 (Qualities of a good man) had 67 activities. 2) People dominating strategy applying Sangahavatthu4 (Bases of social solidarity) had 29activities. 3) Work dominating strategy applying Iddhipada4(Paths of accomplishment) had 27 activities.
- The result of evaluating ethic development strategy of Educational Area 1 Sukhothai Primary School Administrators found that all of the 4 aspects and the 3 strategies were overall at highes
