Development of competency model of support personnel at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to identify the work competency of the supporting –line personnel at mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university 2) to create a model for development of work competency of the supporting –line personnel at mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, and 3) to validate the model for development of work competency of the supporting –line personnel at mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university. The research methodology was based on mixed methods. by studying the samples of 233 persons from supporting –line personnel at mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, questionnaires and In - depth Interview. The research results 1. The situation of the work competency of the supporting–line personnel at mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university overall at the high level. 2. The model for development of the supporting –line personnel’s competency of three elements (1) Introduction; Principles; Objectives (2) Guidelines on development of the supporting –line personnel’s competency (3) Efficient and effective assessment of the performance of the supporting –line personnel.
