Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of English speaking ability and Factors Affecting English Speaking of Year 1-4 Students in English, Faculty of Humanities Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, NakhonRatchasima Campus. In order to bring the research results to develop English teaching and learning In particular, develop the factors that are expected to help encourage students to be able to speak English better.The population of this research are the 1-4 year students in English , Faculty of Humanities , Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, NakhonRatchasima Campus . number 60 people .Research tools include thus Questionnaires , Interview forms ,Also analyze data , Frequency , Percentage , Average , Standard deviation And multiple regression analysis.

            The research found that most of the students 76.4% have the ability to speak English at a moderate level . Students 15.5% have the ability to speak English at a high level. And students 8.1 % have low English speaking ability. Factors affecting students speaking are the factor of learners. Thus Learning strategies (X13) and characterization in language usage (X12) and basic information , Include academic level (X5) ,Affecting English speaking with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
