The Guidelines for Promotion of the Creative Leadership of the School Administrators Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi

Abstract
The article aimed to study 1) examine the level of creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, and
2) propose guidelines for promoting the creative leadership of these administrators. The samples of this research consisted of 311 administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, obtained by proportionate stratified random sampling. Additionally, eight key informants were selected by purposive sampling for a focus group discussion. The research instrument was a five-level-rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67–1.00 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The overall level of creative leadership among school administrators was at a high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were also at a high level. The aspects, ranked from highest to lowest mean scores, were vision, creativity, imagination, teamwork, and flexibility. 2. The guidelines for promoting the creative leadership of school administrators were as follows: 1) vision, administrators should establish clear and contextually relevant visions, while demonstrating the courage to initiate new ideas. 2) flexibility, administrators should adapt to changing situations, be open to diverse opinions, and be willing to adjust their management approaches in response to dynamic contexts. 3) creativity, administrators should encourage participation among personnel, promote innovation, and inspire individuals to think creatively and develop new solutions. 4) teamwork, administrators should foster collaboration, build trust among staff, and decentralize decision-making to enhance participation and shared responsibility. 5) imagination, administrators should apply imagination to improve learning processes, develop innovations, and drive the organization toward a concrete and sustainable future.
