The Relationship Between School Administrators' Technology Leadership and Academic Administration of Primary Schools In Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the level of technology leadership of school administrators in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, 2) the level of academic administration in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province and 3) the relationship between technology leadership and academic administration in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The sample consisted of 162 teachers working in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .979. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the findings were presented descriptively. The results were as follows:
1. The level of technology leadership of school administrators in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, was overall at a high level. When considered by aspect, all aspects were found to be at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean score was the promotion of information technology use in teaching and learning, followed by excellence in professional practice and information technology vision. The aspect with the lowest mean score, though still at a high level, was the use of information technology in administrative work.
2. The level of academic administration in primary schools in Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, was overall at a high level. When considered by aspect, the aspect with the highest mean score was instructional management in schools, followed by curriculum development and the measurement, evaluation, and credit transfer of learning outcomes, respectively. The aspect with the lowest mean score, though still at a high level, was research for educational quality development in schools.
3. The technology leadership of school administrators had a high-level positive relationship with academic administration, with statistical significance at the .01 level. The component with the highest correlation was ethics in the use of information technology.
