The Relationship Between the Creative Leadership of School Administrators and the Operation of Student Care and Support System of the Welfare Schools Under the Special Education Bureau Group 1

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) the creative leadership of school administrators, 2) the operation of student care and support system of welfare schools, and 3) the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the operation of student care and support system of welfare schools. The samples of this research consisted of 8 administrators and 203 teachers under of welfare schools under the Special Education Bureau Group 1, obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-level-rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67–1.00 and a reliability of 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient with a statistical significance level at 0.05. The findings were as follows: 1) The creative leadership of school administrators, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as having a vision, teamwork skills, flexibility, creativity, imagination, and problem-solving abilities. 2) The operation of student care and support system, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as student support, prevention and problem-solving, getting to know each student individually, student screening, and referral. 3) The relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the operation of student care and support system in overall had a high positive correlation with statistical significance.
