Component of a Proactive Digital Education Al Quality Assurance Model for Schools Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

This article aimed to examine the components of a proactive digital educational quality assurance model for schools under the office of the basic education commission. The study involved a comprehensive review of concepts, theories, documents, textbooks and related studies from both domestic and international sources concerning educational quality assurance administration. In addition, structured interviews were conducted with seven experts to identify variables and components of proactive digital education quality assurance. The data obtained were used to develop a questionnaire for data collection, and the results were synthesized to determine the model components. The collected data were then analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to determine the underlying components of the proposed model. The research results were found as follows; The proactive digital educational quality assurance model for schools under the office of the basic education commission of five components: 1) planning, consisting of 17 variables with a total factor loading of 10.877; 2) utilization of assessment results, consisting of 20 variables with a total factor loading of 10.830; 3) performance evaluation, consisting of 15 variables with a total factor loading of 9.768; 4) management, consisting of 6 variables with a total factor loading of 4.368; and 5) leadership, consisting of 3 variables with a total factor loading of 3.897. The findings can be applied as key components for implementing a participatory quality assurance system involving administrators, educational personnel, students, parents, communities, and stakeholders, in order to effectively drive proactive digital educational quality assurance in schools.
