The Decision Making Process of Administrators Affecting the School Budget Management Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The article aimed to study the decision-making process of administrators, the school budget management, and the decision-making process of administrators affecting the school budget management under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples consisted of 315 school administrators and teachers as head of budgeting group, obtained by proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-level-rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67–1.00 and a reliability of 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and simple regression analysis with a statistical significance level at 0.05. The findings were as follows:
1) The decision-making process of administrators, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as situation analysis, goal and objective setting, decision-making, alternative exploration, alternative evaluation, and decision evaluation. 2) The school budget management, overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level, ranking in descending order as financial management, material and asset management, accounting management, budget planning, internal auditing, performance reporting, and resource mobilization and investment for education. 3)The decision-making process of administrators affecting the school budget management. The predictive efficiency was at 29.10 percentile.
