Factors Affecting to Implementation of Student Caring System in Digital Era Under Office of Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
This article aimed to1) examine the levels of factors influencing the implementation of the student care system in the digital era, 2) investigate the level of the system’s implementation, 3) explore the relationships between these factors and the implementation; and 4) develop a predictive equation for the influencing factors. The sample consisted of 291 school administrators and teachers under the Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires on factors related to administrators, teachers, parents and communities, information technology, and budget, as well as a questionnaire on the implementation of the student care system in the digital era. The instruments had an index of item–objective congruence of 1.0 and a reliability coefficient of 0.972 Statistical analyses included mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) the overall level of factors influencing implementation was high. The highest mean was the administrator factor, followed by educational media and technology, and parents and communities. 2) The overall implementation of the student care system was at a high level . The highest mean was individual student recognition, followed by student screening, while student referral was at a moderate level. 3) The factors were positively correlated with the implementation at a moderate to high level, statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) Parents and communities, teachers, budget, and administrators significantly influenced the implementation at the .05 level, predicting 34% of the variance. The predictive equations were:
