Development of Activity Models to Enhance Characteristics of Teachers Who Create Learning Media with Artificial Intelligence for Teachers at Phitsanulok District Learning Encouragement Center

Abstract
The objectives of article are: To develop and evaluate the quality of an activity model aimed at enhancing the characteristics of teachers who create learning media with artificial intelligence for teachers at Phitsanulok District Learning Encouragement Center. To study the effects of using the activity model. The sample group consists of 23 teachers from the Learning Management Promotion Center in Bang Krathum District, Phitsanulok Province. The research tools include: The training model. An evaluation form for the characteristics of teachers who create learning media with artificial intelligence. A satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in the research include mean, percentage, and standard deviation.
Research Findings:
1. The activity model includes components such as: 1. Principles 2. Objectives 3. Activities 4. Activity organization steps, which include five steps: 4.1) 360-degree analysis 4.2) Creative design 4.3) Systematic development 4.4) Effective implementation 4.5) Learning evaluation5. Measurement and evaluation. When evaluated for quality, the activity model was found to be of a high quality.
2. The study of the activity model's usage revealed: 2.1) The overall characteristics of teachers who create learning media with artificial intelligence were at a high level. 2.2) Teachers' satisfaction with the activity model was at the highest level.
